Who we Accept
Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare accepts wholesale inquiries from professional spas and salons, licensed estheticians, beauty professionals and other businesses which meet our quality standards. Each wholesale inquiry will be reviewed on an individual basis. We consider demographics of your location and other accounts in your area before approving any new Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare account. Only authorized spas and professionals may resale Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare products. Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare reserves the right to select and limit resalers.
Ordering
You will be required to provide your Resale ID number and/or certificate (as well as any other legal documents required in your state for resaling), your billing and shipping addresses, business and contact names and a Credit Card to keep on file. In an effort to save paper; orders may be placed online or by phone. All orders must be prepaid, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not provide net 10 or net 30 billing accounts. To open an account, please email dawn@dawnlorraine.com directly.
Web Advertising/Internet Sales
Before selling any products on the internet you must recieve permission from Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare. Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare has the right to prohibit internet sales of its products. All resalers are required to update Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare regarding changes to website and distribution practices.
To support our resalers, Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare pledges never to go under the standard retail pricing except in the event of special promotions of which resalers will have full knowledge and will be invited to participate in. If you have further questions regarding this please contact us.
Please note: In an effort to best support our resalers, Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare (DLCS) and its affiliates reserves the right to limit product wholesale accounts in any area due to demographics. Therefore we require address information for each location in which DLCS products will be sold. As well, DLCS requires that if you are aware of DLCS retailers that have close proximity to any of your resale locations, that you disclose it to us. Failure to disclose such information may result in termination of wholesale/resale privileges.
