This is a great and very balanced educational article about sun exposure and Vitamin D.  As a skincare expert, Im of course always reminding my clients of the importance of sunscreen. However, we also need a limited amount of sun exposure for adequate Vitamin D. Additionally, in the winter months its important to take vitamin D to supplement the loss from lack of sun exposure. This article goes a littel more in depth and has some great info for everyday folks.
